Government & Public Institution

MoU / Cooperation Agreement / Treaty-Based Partnership

By Formal Agreement

National governments, ministries, public agencies, municipalities, diplomatic missions, intergovernmental bodies and other public institutions engage with IPC through a formally negotiated Memorandum of Understanding, Framework Cooperation Agreement, Host-Country Agreement, treaty-based instrument, or another mutually accepted legal framework.

Application Process

A Clear and Secure Process

Membership applications are reviewed by IPC. Government and public-institution partnerships follow a separate formal consultation and agreement process.

IPC reviews the submission and issues confirmation, membership documentation or any request for additional information.

If financial membership is not possible at this time, qualified individuals may contribute their expertise, leadership, time and service through limited volunteer opportunities within the Global SDG Leadership Network – An Initiative of the International Peace Commission (IPC).

Membership Contributions & Tax Status: Membership fees are treated as contributions to support the mission and activities of the International Peace Commission. IPC is a tax-exempt organization recognized under Section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by applicable U.S. law.
